Croi -- Theater in Motion presents

Land-Fall is an evening of original movement
pieces, performed by CROI -- Theater in Motion.
The pieces range from the beautifully
lyrical and dramatic "Goddess" to the
delightfully quirky comedy of "Work/Play".
One of the themes of Land-Fall is the
dynamics of relationships, the magnets that
bring people together and the forces that
pull them apart. Another theme is growth- as
a cycle of creation and destruction.
Croi (which means 'heart' in Gaelic and is
pronounced Cree) -- Theater in Motion is a new
ensemble based in L.A. co-founded by
Mark Epstein and Milly Gallagher,
who bring their combined talents to
this production, with roots in Japanese
Theater, modern dance, stage combat, and
Decroux technique (to name a few) that meld
into a uniquely gripping performance art form.
